The 23rd time I’ve reached 200 kilometres or more on a bicycle ride , on an average bicycle’ in only one day.
I started at 9 am.
Completed the ride about 10:17 pm.
Saturday early may 2023.
Including various coffee breaks which clearly went to about two hours.
Meaning I did the over 200 kilometre pedalling ride in about eleven hours.
No engine. Just simple pedalling.

I do not do these rides on a credit card.
Like so called professional cyclists do.
On their ‘on average’ 3000 dollar fancy high tech bicycles .

I’m poor.
I do these over 200 kilometre pedal rides without an engine on average bicycles.

In fact?
Yesterdays ride?
Also this should be noted.
I did the ride with about only ten bucks. To my name.
Unlike so called professional
Cyclists who do their 200 kilometre rides on fabulous high tech bicycles .
And with credit cards.
And thousands and millions of dollars to their names.
like the chickens. They are.
If they tried to carry all the weight I carry on my rides?
And without money?
Or without the cars that follow them to give them protection on such rides?
They’d fail at a 200 kilometre ride miserably.
I don’t fail though.
At such rides.
Despite such disadvantages I face in these rides.
I keep going.
Til my 200 kilometre bicycle ride is accomplished.

I’m pretty sure I’d do a 300 kilometre ride in one day. Probably even 400 kilometre bicycle ride in one day.

This over 200 kilometre bicycle ride was not easy.
At 150 kilometres my left knee gave way.
And excruciating pain ensued.

I’ve done it a few times on such rides.
Amidst the many other dangers that come with pedalling a bicycle on earths roads in this life .
I’m just determined .

When I was a teenager I admitted myself into this hospital because I was going through a suicide faze.
Interestingly ‘’’ hospital staff told me they got my administration papers mixed up, by which factor , hospital authorities placed me on a homicidal ward with insane killers and lunatic murderers.
On that note,no sooner was I on the ward In my first hour on the killer ward
The first three patients I shockingly was forced to happily socializewith told me all about their mad dog killing ways.
In this life.
Which included putting various humans they killed in this life in gardens…
They also talked to me about how they loved sweet tomatoes and other lucious vegetables in the courtyard garden.
On the hospital grounds outside.
When hospital staff let them outside to do gardening.
After a few hours I was very alarmed .
So I went to staff at the st. Thomas hospital on that ward and told them a mistake had been made.
To which , ‘ hospital staff said to me that , despite the fact they acknowledged to me they had made an error in placing me on that killers ward , where I was surrounded by wall to wall murderers,’ the staff couldn’t fix that error and put me on a regular ward where I wouldn’t be surrounded by mad dog killers.
Why?
Because the error they made had already been placed into their computer systems.
So they said I had to stay on the killers ward and socialize calmly and relaxingly my with about 35 completely deranged homicidal maniacs .
It was either ‘’’ I do that’’’ said hospital staff at the now abandoned st. Thomas insane asylum or hospital staff at that time told me they would joyously leap on me ‘’’strip me buck naked,’ sexily in fact,’’’and then lock me in a tiny age .
Where I would be forced to go poopy in a hole.
While female staff cheered happily.
I had to think for a second.
When they told me that.
Since I had admitted myself into this hospital, the law of Canada said, I was basically trapped for a week.
And shrieking hospital staff could do what they wish with me for one week.
So that was the situation,
I couldn’t get out of the hospital for a week.
Because I had admitted myself.
I was seeking help.
I knew I couldn’t stay on the ward with shrieking murderers.
So I finally consented to the other option.

Hospital staff then proceeded to strip me stark naked.
While they commented that my buttocks looked deliciously fine.
‘Excellent.’
I said.
So their I stayed for a week.
While female staff made me do erotic nude dances for them .
Periodically.
At times they asked me if I had gone poopsity or pee pee that day.
Their pet name for me during that week was actually poopsie .
Too.
O my yes.
When the week was through, hospital authorities came to me while I was still totally nude in this cell with no toilet, where I pooped in a hole in front of female guards , and hospital authorities told me I was fine.
And I could go home .
They had thoroughly evaluated my buttocks and penis.
And observed how I went poo and pee.
And it was totally thrilling for them.
They told me I had beautiful buttocks and a very sexy body and
They were happy. Quite. Happy. Actually. That they enjoyed my nakedness for a whole week.
And they gleefully told me that.
Then they told me I could go home.
They had the pictures.
They had evaluated my sexy buttocks.
And my naked ness.
They were happy and content with that.
So they opened the cell door and me being ‘still naked’ they led me to the administration and departure section of the hospital ‘ where I was given my clothing back.
And then I was released back into society.

I shouted.
As they released me back into society.

I yelled at them.
As I began to walk home.
Yep.
It happened.
I swear it .

But how do I prove it?
That they did that to me.
And the whole hospital staff was in on it.
As far as I could tell.
Their wasn’t one staff at that time in that insane asylum that wasn’t in on that .
What they did to me there.
How do I prove they did that to me?

When a mental patient is continually violent sometimes" various crude procedures are neccacary.
Their was a case once of a woman so out of control" in an insane asylum and so powerful that she actually bit through her straight jacket and injured a few doctors after she got free of the jacket.

I find it interesting that " that problem is never emphasized in these hospitals and sweet wondrous sanitariums:
It's not always the doctors fault.
That's my point.
Their has to be a proper balancing act.
In other words.
The staff who work in psychiatric facilities " often times" are dealing with extremely dangerous individuals " who are committed to such hospitals for horrific reasons.
I'll t4stify to that.
I admitted myself into the st. Thomas mental asylum in st.thomas.
When I was in my teens.
And some paper work got misplaced.
By which factor" through an err I was placed in a locked ward with murderers.
Who were committed for life.
And those people were ... um.. .how do I put it?
I believe literally that.. most... general procedures deployed by psychiatric hospital workers are neccacary.
The craziness I saw on that ward in the st. Thomas psychiatric hospital for 7 days was almost indescribable.
Before I was released.
As once I committed myself I was required to stay for seven days.
And let me tell you something.
I saw some things.
During my stay.
Quite nuts indeed.
I was surrounded by total lunatics.
You think you can keep those lunatics on public streets?
Or in societies?
Most of them clearly choose to rebel against human soceties.
And live wild.
You want to blame society for locking such deliberately crazy people away from regular society?
It isnt the fault of hospital staff either if such people murdered other people by which factor such mental patients ended up being committed permanently to insane asylums.
Is that supposed to be a reward?
For killing people?
I dont think most regular people realize that?
