Briefly now " before proceeding to address the next post" here is a Correct  written recording for the bicycle pedal ride i took  to grand bend from london ontario for the date of october 5th 2020 .

First" at 7 : 31 a m 

I started with the odometer stating 2. 3 kilometers.

I 

Began pedalling on richmond street from downtown london.

Stayed on that street til i got to the roman line.

Near lucans famous donnelly grave site.



Then i back tracked I kilmoter to highway 7.

Took highway 7 to alsia craig and then to parkhill ontario.

Then hung a right onto grand bend line.

Took that road 20 kilometers straight to grand bend.

Arrived at 2" 30 pm.

Stayed in grand bend for an hour.

Rejoiced " went to the beach" and had an apple and chocolates.



Then i pedalled back up the grand bend line towards parkhill til i got to mount carmel drive.

Then took mount Carmel drive to highway 4.

Then on to lucan.


Then on to london.

Got into london at 8: 31.

So just over 13 hours.

Yet I took lunch for an hour in the bend.

So 12 hours in total.

Finished with odometer stating

144.5 kilometers.

For a distance of 142.2 kilometers pedalled from london to grand bend and then back to london once more.

The same day.


I've accomplished longer distances rides in one day.


And I did previous longer rides faster.

Strange.

Including  london to sarnia and back' london to goderich and back ; london to wingham and back and london to cambridge and back.

Cambridge is the record.


In distance.

215.5 kilometers.

Yet' for the record " this is the first  pedal ride I've recorded like this.



With a photo of the odometer recording the start time and finish time.
